Teri Pytel has been listing and selling residential real estate since 1986 when she began her 30+-year career in Chicago, Illinois.

In 2016, Teri and her husband moved to full-time residency in Florida where she joined Premier Sotheby's International Realty.

Prior to her career in real estate, Teri's years of experience in public relations, communications, and marketing gave her the skills of being an excellent communicator.
Teri takes pride in providing clients with the benefits of her experience and expertise to help them achieve their goals. Teri obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois. She is a member of the Bonita Springs-Estero Association of REALTORS® in Florida and serves on its Professional Standards and Nominating committees. In addition to the National Association of REALTORS® membership, Teri has furthered her education and training to receive the prestigious designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI).

Teri enjoys visiting local restaurants and events and exploring all that Southwest Florida has to offer. She is the mother of two adults who are still enjoying all that Chicago has to offer. She is an avid reader and book club member, enjoys taking leisurely bike rides, practices yoga, participates in the Bonita Springs Newcomers Club events, enjoys taking long walks and having relaxing evenings with husband, friends, neighbors and family visits.
